Spring KIDZART classes are now registering.
8-week sessions held after-school at Copper Creek.
Session 12A:
TUESDAYS (12:30-1:45pm): January 17 to March 13 (no class Tuesday2/21 - Rodeo)
THURSDAYS (2:30-3:45pm): January 19 to March 15 (no class Thursday 2/23 – Rodeo)
Session 12B:
TUESDAYS: March 27 to May 15
THURSDAYS: March 29 to May 17

School t-shirts
Our brand new t-shirts were sent home this week (11/30/11) to those who ordered them.
If you missed this order, the PTO has a limited number of t-shirts for sale
on a first come, first serve basis.
Please fill out an order form and send with payment to your child's teacher or the school office.
Get an order form here or in the school office.
We are also looking into the possibility of having a store online at CafePress, where you can custom order almost ANY item you can think of with the school logo on. Mugs, ties, bumper stickers, bags... you name it - they can make it - watch this space!

New Books
With reward points earned from sales at the 2011 Scholastic Book Fair,
the PTO was able to buy 45 new books for the library.
The next Book Fair is scheduled for March 2012.

BE GREEN Check out our new RECYCLING CENTER in the cafeteria. The PTO will get money when we send in these items to Terracycle: Capri Sun pouches Lunchables packages Glue sticks/bottles Chip bags Tape dispensers Zip bags Cookie and candy wrappers Please encourage your child to recycle their items everyday right after lunch. You can also collect items at home and send them in with your child, or drop them off yourself. Thank you for your help and support. UPDATE: 9/15/11 After just a couple of weeks of our new TERRACYCLE program we are ready to ship a box of capri-sun pouches that will earn us $10. Way to go Copper Creek students for such an awesome job. |
